Eight kilometres of coast, five of white sand
Cap Cana's shoreline runs from cliff to calm bay, with Juanillo Beach as its centrepiece — white sand, shallow turquoise water, and restaurants directly on the beach. Api Beach and Playa Blanca fill out the coast, each with its own beach clubs and moods.
The water here is the swimmable kind: reef-protected, warm year-round, with non-motorised water sports, sailing, kayaking and diving organised inside the community.
Golf and the marina
Two Jack Nicklaus courses
Punta Espada — Nicklaus Signature holes running along the cliffs and the sea — hosted the PGA Tour's Cap Cana Championship from 2008 to 2010 and is routinely ranked the Caribbean's best. Las Iguanas, the community's second Nicklaus design, opened its first nine holes in November 2025 — Reef & Golf Residences sits directly on it.
The Caribbean's largest marina
Marina Cap Cana operates 172 slips, and its position near the Mona Passage makes it a serious deep-sea fishing base — the Billfish Report has ranked it the world's #1 billfishing destination. Around the docks: shops, cafés and waterfront restaurants that work as the community's evening centre.
